Ce miel Flavo est non pasteurisé et légèrement filtré présente le même profil de saveur que le miel crémeux sans la présence du Reishi. L’extraction des composés actifs du Reishi (i.e. Ganoderme luisant) est effectué par FNG . Vous trouverez une liste des effets bénéfiques de l’intégration du Reishi à votre diète ici. Le Reishi est reconnu principalement pour son effet positif au niveau de l’immunité.

Le barattage du miel est un processus de plus de 80 heures qui nous permet de conserver toutes les propriétés du miel. En effet, un barattage trop rapide entrainerait une température trop élevée et ainsi une perte au niveau gustatif et apithérapeutique. Nous incorporons le Reishi lors de ce processus assurant un dissolution des composés actifs dans l’ensemble du miel.
